For most of us, the holiday season is a very special, festive time shared with family and close friends. It is often spent in social gatherings, increased activity and travel. Unfortunately for some, the holidays are not necessarily a joy-filled time. You may be facing your first holiday season without a spouse or loved one, and sad memories may block the spirit of festivity you feel is all around you. Join a Hospice Savannah bereavement counselor to learn techniques to acknowledge these feelings, and learn how to cope with them.

Information: Chris Foley, manager, Bereavement and Counseling Services, (912) 355-2289.
