Ring in 2005 with healthy New Year's resolutions

Start a healthy year at the Jewish Educational Alliance

Thinking about making healthy changes this year? This is the year to pay tribute to both your physical and mental health and make wellness a part of your every day routine. During Jan. Jewish Family Services, along with St. Joseph's/Candler and other community organizations will offer a series of health related programs. In addition, the second Annual Health and Wellness Expo will showcase local organizations and vendors who promote healthy lifestyles. These activities and programs will help you focus on what is important and keep you motivated all year long. Just establishing a goal of leading a healthy lifestyle should make you feel good about yourself. If you're committed to having a healthy start to 2005, make a New Year's resolution now that will help you get on the right track.
